I lead teams that ship things people actually use.
Over the last 8+ years, I've built and shipped production software at companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500s — GoDaddy, American Express, Leafly, and now Unicity, where I lead a frontend engineering team.
My edge right now is AI. Not just using it, but building structured workflows where AI agents plan, build, review, and learn from each other — running on a Raspberry Pi on my desk, handling real software development tasks autonomously. I'm applying that same thinking to how I lead my team at work.
